1. What Hope provides
Hope Lingerie Australia ("Hope") will send you selected products on a gift or collaboration basis. All products remain Hope's marketing materials until you post agreed content.
2. Your commitment
In exchange for receiving products, you agree to:
- Create and publish content featuring the products within an agreed timeframe
- Tag @hopelingerieaustralia in all related posts and stories
- Provide honest, respectful representation of the brand
- Send Hope the raw photo/video files used, so we can also share and archive them
3. Content and image rights
By accepting products from Hope, you grant Hope a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt and distribute any images, videos or written content:
- That features Hope products, and
- That you post publicly or send directly to Hope
This includes use on Hope's website, social media, email marketing, printed materials and advertising campaigns. Hope will credit you (via handle) wherever reasonably possible.
You confirm that you are the author of the content (or have permission from the photographer) and that Hope's use will not infringe any third party's rights.
4. Personal information and address
Hope will collect your name, contact details and postal address for the purpose of sending products and communicating about the collaboration. Your details will not be shared with third parties except as needed for shipping and accounting. You may request removal of your data at any time by emailing info@hopelingerieaustralia.com.au.
5. Commission and payment (if applicable)
Where a discount code is assigned to you, Hope will pay commission at the rate agreed at the time. Commission is calculated on net revenue (excluding delivery). Payment requires a valid tax invoice with your ABN. Alternatively, commission may be issued as store credit or rolled over to a future statement, at your choice.
6. Returns, cancellation and termination
If a product does not fit or you cannot fulfil your side of the collaboration, please contact us. Hope may request the product be returned in original condition. Either party may end the partnership at any time by written notice.
7. Age and eligibility
By accepting, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
